Not loving being in my car seat - Aug. 15, 2010
I am generally very patient in my car seat but Daddy and Mommy had me out for a bit too long this day for appointments and errands and I'd had enough. My parents think it's hilarious when I wake up, cry for a bit, and then fall right back asleep!
First trip to Barnes & Noble - Aug. 10, 2010
Mommy and Daddy needed the Baby 411 book because there were so many questions they had so the pediatrician recommended this book. As was usual back then, I slept the entire trip to the bookstore!
2 days old
Here's a quick video of me at two days old. I didn't do anything but sleep for the video but my Mommy and Daddy think it's cute. :)

6 weeks old!
Hi everybody,
I'm six weeks old today, can you believe it?! I've been growing quite a bit and trying to figure out the things around me. I have grown 4 1/2 inches and about 2 pounds since I was born so I'm wearing 0-3 month and 3-month clothes. I have slept 7 1/2 to 8 hours two out of the last three nights and Mommy and Daddy are really hoping this is going to be a constant! I got my fingernails cut for the first time yesterday. Mommy was scared but the doctor said I could have them cut between 4 and 6 weeks so there were no more excuses! I love to play on my play mat and hit the rattles and to swing in my swing--though it usually puts me to sleep which I think my parents appreciate. I love when my parents and grandparents sing to me and talk to me. I have even started to smile back at them. I still smile and laugh in my sleep a lot and Mommy's ready for those giggles to make their appearance when I'm conscious! I got my pictures taken on my one-month birthday but I can't post those yet because they're being printed and I want my grammies to be the first ones to see them. I did not like having my picture taken. It was time to eat and my parents were not getting the hint when I kept crying. Mommy was convinced I could hold off for a few minutes and I proved her wrong. The photographer managed to get a couple where I look like I'm smiling or happy, but they were really just shots in between cries. Maybe when my Uncle Mark gets here, I can get some better pictures on my two-month birthday. Speaking of family, I get to meet a couple of my Aunties this week and am very excited so I know I'll have tons of pictures to post later. Until then, here are a few pictures of the last couple of weeks.
